The whole month planned, one post a day
You describe the business and pick the length: 7, 15 or 30 days. Createfy builds the calendar with one topic a day, in your niche's vocabulary, alternating education, engagement and sales. Each idea can be adjusted, regenerated or turned into a post on the spot.

How it works
- 01
Describe the business
Niche, the month's theme and the types of content you want to work on. Three lines of brief are enough for the first version.
- 02
Get the calendar
One topic a day, with title, description and format. The plan opens with education and closes with sales. That's the order an audience needs.
- 03
Turn it into posts
Adjust the topics, regenerate the ones that don't convince you and generate the posts: day by day or the whole plan at once.
Where it fits in your routine
Six stages, from brief to learnings. This page covers stage 02.
- 01Learns your brand
Niche, tone, audience and visual identity, set up once.
- 02Plans the monththis page
A calendar with one topic a day, in your niche's vocabulary.
- 03Creates the posts
Carousel, image and caption in your brand identity.
- 04Sends for approval
The client reviews in the calendar and approves. Nothing goes out without the OK.
- 05Publishes
Scheduling and automatic publishing, brand by brand.
- 06Learns from results
What worked becomes context for next month.

Straight questions, straight answers
Can I edit the topics before generating the posts?
Yes. Each day can be edited, regenerated individually or deleted. The posts are only generated when you decide.
Does the calendar take into account what has already worked on my profile?
It can. The brand's Instagram analysis and the competitor analysis feed the Planner with topics based on what your profile and your market show.
How many days can I plan at once?
7, 15 or 30 days per plan, within your subscription's limits. Each brand keeps a history of the plans created, month by month.
