This page explains how to request deletion of the data that Createfy (https://createfy.app) stores about you, including the Instagram and Facebook data we access, with your authorization, through Meta’s APIs. You have the right to request this deletion at any time.
1. What data we may store
- Registration data: name, email, phone number and your workspace/brand data.
- Data from connected social accounts: Instagram account ID and profile, media, captions, metrics/insights and — in the Facebook flow — managed Pages and access tokens (stored encrypted).
- Content you created or scheduled on the platform.
2. How to request deletion
Choose any of the options below — all of them result in the deletion of your data:
- On the platform: go to “Social accounts” and disconnect the account to remove its associated data; or delete your Createfy account to erase all data.
- By email: send a message to privacidade@createfy.app with the subject “Solicitação de exclusão de dados” (data deletion request), stating your account email and/or the connected Instagram username, so that we can locate and delete your data.
- By revoking access on Meta: on Instagram or Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and websites and remove Createfy. This ends the app’s access to your data; we then delete the data we held from the account.
3. What happens after the request
Once we receive the request, we permanently delete from our systems the personal data and the Instagram/Facebook data associated with your account within up to 30 days, except for records that must be kept due to legal obligations. We will confirm completion to the contact email provided.
4. Need help?
If you have any questions about deleting your data, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at privacidade@createfy.app. To understand what data we process and why, see our Privacy Policy.
